Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a therapeutic massage created by the Japanese and based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The translation of the word “Shiatsu” is “finger pressure”.
The principle of this therapeutic massage is to apply pressure on the energy meridian points, the same ones used in acupuncture, in the direction of the energy flow of each meridian. Through the pressure and movement of the muscles and joints, the stagnant energy moves and promotes the energetic harmonization of our organism as a whole.
It has many immediate benefits, such as reducing body aches or improving blood circulation – it reduces that feeling of swelling that we carry at times. But also, with regular massages, it is possible to achieve deeper results, such as regulation of body systems. Regulates sleep, appetite, anxiety, stress, blood and lymphatic circulation, etc.

Lymphatic drainage
The objective of manual lymphatic drainage is to direct the liquids accumulated in the tissues back to the lymph nodes, in order to drain excess liquids and toxins, facilitating the treatment of cellulite, swelling or lymphoedema. It is a medical protocol for postoperative surgeries, especially plastic surgery.

Hot stone massage
An extremely relaxing massage! Heated basalt stones are used, which is a type of volcanic stone, being placed on specific points of the skin in different parts of the body, such as the back, chest, belly, face, feet or hands, and also making slides with or without pressure.

Bamboo Massage
It is an ancient technique, already used by the Chinese for point stimulation techniques.
Bamboo rods (of different sizes and thicknesses) are used and applied to the body according to the shape of each region, with movements adapted to each part of the body and to the therapist's hand, so that the musculature is worked with movements from sliding and pressure.

Deep Tissue
Also known as sports massage. It is a strong, intense and invigorating massage. Specially indicated for those who enjoy massages with strong pressure and intense rhythm, or for those with very contracted musculature.
Indispensable for all people who practice sports that overload the body, as it promotes musculoskeletal balance and provides a feeling of physical and mental invigoration. It is normal to feel sore muscles after training or running, due to the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles . This massage immediately relieves that feeling.
Performed all over the body, sports massage uses a set of strong and fast techniques to promote better blood circulation and, consequently, better recovery of muscle tissues. It also helps remove lactic acid from the muscles, and effectively repair them.

Massage Ayurvédica
Ayurvedic massage originates from India, used as part of Traditional Ayurvedic Medicine therapies. It is applied through deep and vigorous touches with the hands, elbows and even the feet, providing great relaxation, stimulating the muscles and blood circulation, thus releasing toxic substances attached to the tissues and muscles of our body.
It is an integrative harmonization therapy, since for Ayurveda doctors, when we treat the body, we also treat the spiritual, mental and emotional, balancing the body's energies, and causing a "purification" in who is receiving the massage.

Thai Traditional
Traditional Thai massage aims to relieve joint and muscle pain through a series of stretches throughout the body.
Traditional Thai massage is dry (no oil), and the therapist primarily uses tapping pressure, using elbows and shoulders to hit the deep pressure point, along with twisting and pulling you to lengthen your muscles. Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy that comprises the treatment of various disorders by manipulating specific points on the feet. Understood as a specific technique of pressure on certain specific points with the premise that there is a corresponding reflex part in the body. Swedish Massage
Known as “classic massage”, it is a massage style developed in Sweden and is based on sliding, kneading, rolling and friction movements. All maneuvers follow a specific direction, generally towards the heart, facilitating the return of the venous system.
Its pressure can vary from light to moderate, in some cases deep, according to the objective to be achieved.

Tuiná
Tui-na is one of the oldest healing techniques from China that we are aware of. Its movements are more vigorous than other massage techniques and its benefits go far beyond relaxing tense muscles.
Tui means “to push”, “to slide”, and Na means “to hold tightly”, “to grasp”. and knees into the body's energy channels (meridians) which are also practiced in acupuncture.
The purpose of Tui-ná is to achieve healing effects on the body itself by stimulating the meridians so that the body corrects any imbalances.

Thai oil massage
A combination of Thai and deep tissue massage techniques, resulting in a massage that focuses on relieving tense muscles while calming the body and mind. This massage begins with heating and pressure on the palm of the hand, firm pressure, but with oil, which can slide over the body, providing great relaxation. This massage concludes with body stretching.

Reiki
